"I'm from out of the area, and Justin Cook isn't my State Farm agent. I needed a printout of my policy for documentation reasons. I saw his office, stopped in and they were extremely helpful. It wasn't super easy for them since he isn't my agent but they were happy to do everything necessary to get what I needed. I would definitely recommend using this agent if you live in the area and need insurance. It's not always easy to find good customer service now, but they had a great attitude and solved my issue for me. Highly recommended!"
